The marketing folks at WWBT, Gray’s NBC affiliate in Richmond, Va., must believe that you go big or go home.
Erik Candiani, WWBT’s creative services director, shared the station’s holiday-themed video, which Candiani said is “more of a festive short than a commercial or promo. We just wanted to wish our viewers a happy holiday in a unique and fun way.”
Candiani said the video will play in-show a few times and online.
Candiani and his staff are the ones who created a news promo recently that played in movie theaters that any Hollywood producer would have been proud to call their own.
